2. What we collect

Consultation requests: your name, company, email, phone number, facility type, project stage, project details, the page language and whether you agreed to receive offers and news.
Job applications: your name, email, phone number, area of interest, LinkedIn or portfolio link, your CV file and any note you add.
Direct contact: the details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
Usage data: through Google Analytics, information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on our phone, email and WhatsApp links.
Security data: a one-way hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address, kept for one hour to stop repeated or automated form submissions.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not include such information in your messages or CV.

3. How we use your data

To reply to your request, discuss your project and prepare proposals and quotations.
To review job applications and contact applicants whose profile matches a role.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To keep the website and our forms secure and free of spam.
To send you offers and news, and to show you relevant advertising, only if you ticked the consent box on the consultation form or otherwise agreed. CVs are never used for marketing.
To meet our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Depending on the purpose, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business and website, or on a legal obligation. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland also have the rights given by the GDPR.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner. For visitors in other regions, analytics and advertising measurement are on by default.

8. How long we keep data

Consultation requests and related correspondence: 1 year after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep project records as required by law.
Job applications and CVs: 1 year from receipt.
Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
Analytics data: according to our Google Analytics data retention settings.
Hashed IP addresses used against spam: one hour.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or stop processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can stop marketing at any time by replying to any of our messages or emailing info@infinitysportsequipment.com. We will answer within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the UAE data protection authority.

10. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are sent straight to our company mailbox and are not stored in a website database. Access to our mailbox is limited to our team.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
